Processing And Shipping

All orders are processed in the which they are received. Processing takes 2-3 business days for payment to clear. 

Virgin hair extensions takes 3-5 days to ship. Custom wigs take 10-25 business days as the units are made by hand

All orders placed over the weekend and/or holidays, will begin processing the following business day. 

Once your order is prepared for shipping, a detailed conformation of a tracking number will be sent via email or text.

By completing a purchase with Fernormenal Beauty you are agreeing to this policy.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AND RETURNS ALLOWED ON WIG UNITS

However, I will make any necessary adjustments to units within (7) days of delivery ( please contact via email). If necessary adjustments are needed, you will be responsible for all shipping fees. Units are completed within a MINIMUM of (10) days (excluding weekends), (15) days for units with custom color.  Orders may experience delays during high volume season.  Should this occur, customers will be notified via email.

BUNDLES...

You are allowed however, to exchange your purchased bundle but you are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault. You are allowed to exchange within 7 days from original purchase for a new bundle. Any exchange request that is not received within the 7 day time frame will be disqualified. The product must be sent back in its original condition as it was shipped from us, meaning no dye, no chemicals, unravel, it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, altered in any way. ZERO TOLERANCE CHARGEBACK POLICY

Customers are urged to contact us by email prior to filing a chargeback. In many cases, any dissatisfaction can be resolved simply and easily. A chargeback occurs when a customer contacts a credit card-issuing bank to initiate a refund for a purchase they made on their credit card. Since chargebacks are costly and can add a considerable amount to our operating costs, which will ultimately affect the ability to provide the best prices for our valuable customers, we will not tolerate chargeback abuses. All abusers will be reported to the Chargeback Protection Project, which may affect an abuser's ability to purchase at other online retailers across the United States. In all cases where the chargeback is clearly fraudulent and/or an attempt to circumvent our policy and contract, we will file a report with the IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center), the customer's local authorities as well as with the Better Business Bureau. If the product was delivered via U.S. Mail or to a Post Office box, we will also file a mail fraud complaint with the postmaster or Federal Authorities. We will turn delinquent accounts over to a collections agency and reports will be filed with all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. You are fully responsible for paying all of what Fernormenal Beauty is owed.
